Ambience Lighting is Australia’s leading retail and commercial lighting company. The fast growing business and modernisation was not matched by it’s dated brand look. The new creative direction took reference from a beam of light. The lowercase wordmark and dot on the i’ become a plot point for a dispersive gradient, in essence making the word illuminated and ambient. The beam of light was then crafted into a graphic set of shapes that become core elements and cropping devices for the brand. An RGB lighting Warm and Cool colour wheel were added to the brand suite for colour and vibrancy. Print items introduce a hologram foil reflecting light and colour, accentuating the business tag line of Making Light Work.
